Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

My client is a leading company in the beverages industry who operates internationally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

In this job you will be part of the Benelux Supply Chain team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working together with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customers etc.
- Analyzing business demand trends
- Managing the demand and supply processes
- Build visibility between financial targets and updated volume sales plan
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach to Forecasting by working with Marketing, Sales, Customers, Finance and the wider business team,
- Engage with Marketing, Sales and Customers on the ongoing requirements plan, looking to continuously improve the Planning and Customer Services processes accordingly.
- Drive value - ensure balanced, dynamic and event driven process in place for forecasting
- Drive demand shaping to drive optimal responsiveness
- Maintain and report using S&OP tools, clearly documenting risks and opportunities
- Resolve short/medium term supply constraints to deliver product (Finish goods, Value Added Pack and POS) on the agreed plan
- Inbound availability Planning - plan import of all goods (Finished Goods & POSM) considering MOQ & protection of OTIF / Availability to our Customers
- Effectivently manage processes with regard to Non Performing Inventory.
- Validate stock replenishment proposals from plants, ensuring inbound plan is met within Warehouse capacities (working with Logistics Providers)
- Develop and implement corrective action plan to prevent future variances.
- Support Supply Chain/S&OP Manager on sign off at S&OP meeting.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Logistics
- 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Food & Beverages Industry
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, preferably also in French
- Highly motivated and no 9-5 mentality
