ROLE DESCRIPTION
This role is key to the execution of regional and global strategies. You will work in the Benelux Demand team who is responsible for the execution of inventory plans and meet sales and service objectives. You will create, develop, produce and collect demand forecasts for finished products. Strong interaction and communication is needed with other departments e.g. marketing, finance, purchasing and supply planning to obtain the most accurate information.
The key drivers of this role are managing key internal and external stakeholders together with providing the company with accurate and timely plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct weekly and monthly forecast analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, purchasing and supply planning in order to create accurate forecasting and planning
- Analyze current business demand trends
- Manage financial targets
- Report with S&OP tools for risks and opportunities
- Inbound availability planning
- Manage non-performing inventory
- Coordinate promotional activities and other projects with all key stakeholders
- Monitor distributor stock levels, stock replenishment proposals, SKU levels and obsolete inventory
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ experience in supply chain - Bachelor of Master in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Experience with SAP APO
- Experience with different analytical and statistical demand planning models
- Fluency in English (Written and verbal)
