For our Client, well-know international company located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role of Data Analyst.
Your new role
The Data Analyst supports the maintaince of the group data management standards; monitoring the level of their adoption, dispensations and remediation. Person in this role will be responsible for SME in the Group Data Management Standards, working with 2nd line of defence/individual standard owners/data SMEs to ensure policy & standards are appropriate, support relevant regulations and business needs and the overall suite of standards are coherent and aligned. Moreover, you will facilitate oversight & monitoring of adoption of the data management standards through appropriate MI (e.g. KPIs and periodic assessment processes).
Additionally work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs for data governance and drive continuous improvement in the data management standards & monitoring, including resolution of 2nd & 3rd line of defence observations as well as templates / processes for monitoring data standards adoption/compliance and dispensation/exemption logging & approval.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate should have experience working in data management projects and/or teams at a large financial services institution operating in a global regulatory environment as well as knowledge of data management practices. You should also have demonstrated knowledge of data structure, data systems/tools and related software and data management policies and practices in a complex organizational environment.
Moreover Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required, other relevant professional qualifications qualification desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services, business processes and resultant information needs: client, risk / regulatory / finance, etc will be considered as a plus.
