For one of our Clients, a multinational company from fashion industry, we are currently seeking for Candidates for the role of Customer Care Specialist with Hungarianor Romanian.
Person on this position will be responsible for providing support to customers through various channels (phone, email, etc.), which involves connecting with the clients in a friendly way, recognising their needs, answering their questions and complaints, advising on product choices, and solving raised issues, regarding e.g. shopping experience, orders, deliveries or payments.
It’s a full-time, shift-based job.
We are looking for driven, sociable Candidates with a customer-facing attitude, who are fluent in Hungarian or Romanian (both spoken and written), and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We also expect optimism and readiness to learn.
