As our office is continuously growing, we are currently looking for:
Customer Services Representative with excellent Spanish skills
(Ref: ES/01/12)
Work Place: Wrocław, Poland
The Customer Services Representative I (CSR I) will be responsible for handling all incoming telephone and e-mail correspondence from ACN’s customers and representatives. CSR’s need to follow guidelines in order to handle these contacts, in order to achieve the quantity and quality goals set by management.
A high customer-focused philosophy is required.
Wymagania
Knowledge and skill requirements:
• Language skills:
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
• Effective and efficient communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Customer service orientation
• Highly developed computer literacy skills
• Excellent team working skills
• High level of self-motivation to constantly improve personal performance
• Previous experience in a customer services environment is an advantage
