For our Client, a global FMCG leader, we are currently looking for German speakerswho want to join an international planning center as well as build and develop professional career within Order Management.
Your main responsibilities on this position will be:
Processing the incoming customer requests and orders and/or export shipments. Moreover, respond to customer inquiries, satisfaction issues and contact with warehouses, plants and forwarders to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods. Additionally, creation and monitoring of outbound activities to complete the order. Apart from all order management process: order entry, checking data correctness, the Candidate will be handling complaints and return of shipments.
We are looking for young potentialswho want to build and develop professional career within an international and friendly environment and who possess well-developed communication skills and good command of English and German.Knowledge of SAP system and some professional experience in customer service/ logistics area could be an asset; however, it is not essential.
