For our client, an international logistics company, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with French.
Working on this position you will be responsible for telephone and email contact with the French-speaking clients. In you scope of duties will be also: verification of correctness of transportation documents in accordance with transportation law as well as regulations. Responsibilities also include cooperation with customs agencies and preparing final documentation for Customs clearance.
We are looking for candidates with fluent knowledge of French (English is also necessary to communicate with managers and colleagues) and good, practical knowledge of MS Office. We are looking for people with high commitment and ability to independently carry out the tasks which are characterised by a very good organization of work.
