Responsibilities:
Our processes are updated regularly. You will learn new information, and apply it quickly to your conversations with customers.You are the kind of person who never gives up.You should be comfortable following rules and clear guidelines. We work in a regulated industry, so you will need to follow established processes. You will be using a computer daily, so need to be PC-literate and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
You communication skills are very good and you are able to work in a team. You have advancedverbal/ written English (C1 min.)Experience in Customer Service field is an asset but not essential. You are not afraid of new challenges and you have motivation to work with people.
