For our an International Client – BPO – in Poznan, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with English and Dutch or Danish!
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing customer service to business clients and resolving their queries for the first time (e. First Call, First Intervention). You will be the first point of contact for customers. Your duties will include building and maintaining good relationships with customers and cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English and Dutch or Danish - C1 level. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Previous experience in customer service, good technical skills and interest in sports are in plus.
