Responsibilities:
- ensuring individual and team development
- organising and leading team meetings on a frequent basis
- provide coaching and mentoring for the team through the feedback process with the purpose of achieving good results
- ensuring good administration and time management for all team members
- following up the KPIs by analysing reports and acting on them
- following up goals together with the management team and the employees
- performing dialogue talks and carrying out salary talks with team members
- ensuring the overall performance of your team members to obtain excellent customer service
- overseeing the operation of the Centre as required
- experience in team management
- very good organization and delegation skills
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- skilled as native in Turkish and can communicate very well in English in both verbal and written communication
- positive drive and enthusiasm combined with focus on continuous improvement
- very good communication skills
