Our Client is well known Outsourcing Company that is currently building their Center in Cracow.
We are looking for Candidates with English and one of following: German, Polish or Czechto join CS Department. Your new role will be to lead a specialised team of customer service consultants and develop their skills to ensure all customer receive the highest level of service.While working at this position you will be responsible for ensuring the service meets Service Levels and KPIs. You will be also monitoring/ checking incoming channels, including phone, email and chat to be sure that Consultants meet all agreed procedures. This will include making sure all work is completed on time with a high attention to detail; all clients are responded to in a suitable time frame; all issues are resolved and escalations are dealt with appropriately; and all processes are followed to the tee.
To be successful in obtaining this role,you will have around 2 years’ experience working within a Customer Service environment. Experience in leading a team is also required. You will also be required to have coached and trained staff around client engagement, and be able to motivate people to drive the best outcome. A high sense of reasoning and the ability to connect with your team will see you develop a culture of success. As the center will be focused on European Clients, we are looking for Candidates with excellent English + one of following: German/ Polish/ Czech language.
