Opis stanowiska pracy
For one of our international Client located in Wrocław we are looking for candidates with Dutch language:
•Support technical query calls from field engineers
•Provide resolution/support within timeframe
•Adhere to set parameters with relation to performance expectations to meet client SLA’s
Wymagania
•Fluent Dutch is a must
•6 months work experience with a Call Centre or Customer Support area
•Familiarity to Microsoft Office
