For our Client, worldwide leader in IT manufacturing networking equipment, we are currently searching for the Candidates for the position:

customer service specialist

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the customers,

• Interacting with customers and external teams to solve the problems,

• Maintaining good relationships with clients by email, telephone, video conferencing and other collaboration methods,

• Monitoring and up-dating status of the incidents,

• Supporting delivery of technical services to major accounts,

• Preparing case documentations,

• Using technical understanding to understand the business impact of the incidents,

• Possibility to work from home on 12 hours shifts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service delivery,

• University degree,

• Fluent English is a must,

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint,

• ITIL v3 Foundation certificate will be an asset,

• Excellent communication skills,

• Working effectively under pressure,

• Customer-oriented,

• Well-organized and self-motivated,

• Team-working,

• Participation in trainings
