For our Client international company located in Katowice, supported logistics processes, we are currently looking for Candidates with very good command of English to work as Customer Service Process Specialist in Logistic department.
Main responsibilities on this position include receiving and processing all transport orders coming from customers/requestors, respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered and track the status of orders. To be successful on this position you need to have bachelor degree, very good command of English, good computer skills (MS Office) and excellent communication skills.
