For our Client international company located in Katowice supported logistics processes we are currently looking for candidates with fluent French and good English to work as Customer Service Specialist.
Main responsibilities on this position include receiving and processing all transport orders coming from customers/requestors.Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered. Track the status of orders in the System / MS Excel and communicate issues and solutions. Prepare and monitor performance appraisal indicators (KPI) describing service level for customers. Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs.
To be successful on this position you need to have very good command of French and good command of English.Other requirements essential for this position: operational computer skills (MS Office) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
