ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be part of the Customer Service team who is busy with several areas all over the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal with commercial and logistical export orders
- Complaint administration
- Contact with customers
- Tune with planning
- Maximize Customer Experience
- Making Rapports
- Follow up payments
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO or WO degree
- Min. 4 years of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with MS Office
- Customer orientated
