Opis stanowiska pracy
World's IT leader seeks the employees for the newly opening financial-accounting center. Global e-Business Operations will provide its services for the companies from all over Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a Customer Center Representative to assure high quality of Customer Service & efficient query resolution
- Support the day-to-day efforts, activities of the department to achieve the business plan
- Coordinate and maintain process documentation
- Recommend projects to improve current processes
- Training and transfer of knowledge among the team (new process or projects)
- Ensure best practices are shared within the team
Wymagania
- At least 1 year of professional experience in one of following processes: Call Center, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Accountancy/Finance/ Foreign Language Faculties)
- Fluent Norwegian skills (oral and written)
- Fluent English skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Analytical, process-minded, reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer oriented
