For our Client, an American company from electrical industry, we are currently looking for Candidates for positions of Customer Service Representatives with Hungarian, Czech or Slovak.
Main responsibilities on this position include supporting the whole customer service cycle from order to invoice, handling and resolving customer complaints, communicating with internal departments and preparing reports of customer activity.
We are looking for candidates withexcellentcommunication skills in Hungarian, Czech or Slovak.English or Polish language is also required. Moreover, we expect strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to details in written communication with customers and ability to work effectively as a team member.Experience in customer service and/or order management andSAP knowledge will be assets.
