What will your responsibilities be?
-Answering calls and responding to e-mails
-Following prescribed processes (e.g. Rebooking, Cancellation, Schedule change, Name change, Luggage, Meals and Seats, Insurance, Monitor automated ticketing process) and handling other customer requests
-Providing customers with all requested and relevant information
-Cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues
-Providing e-ticket confirmations to customers
