Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for managing customer business needs over the phone, processing customer requests and updating data in the computer systems and receiving and responding to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, on-line platforms, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge management resources).
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, previous experience in customer service will be an asset. Fluency in Czech, Slovak, Slovenian or Croatian is required as well as good level of English.
An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
