Hewlett-Packard Services Business Process Delivery Organization has built a European Shared Service Center in Wroclaw Global e-Business Operations to become a global center along with Barcelona, Bangalore, India, Singapore and Guadalajara, Mexico. Achieving this goal is one of the key corporate strategic initiatives at HP and now we are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who will become a part of the all-star team heading opportunity.

We are creating a team of specialists for one of our customers - a prestigious company operating in the hospitality industry. We are currently looking for:

Customer Service Representative with Dutch

 

Responsibilities:

  • collecting customer's reservations via telephone and entering them in the reservation system
  • providing information about services
  • answering contacts in a polite and professional manner
  • building a positive relationship with customers
  • collaborating in the team of specialists in order to provide the best possible service

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • fluent Dutch language
  • excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • vary good command of English
  • active listening skills
  • good team player
  • experience in the tourism industry or customer service will be an asset
