ROLE DESCRIPTION
You are part of the Customer Service department. Your main tasks are contributing to the completion of order management and make sure satisfaction of the internal and external customers. According to the order management you process orders to customer instruction and provide customer service and support. You will track & Trace shipments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling calls is one of the responsibilities in this position. You will respond to customer queries and maintain the relationship with customers. You have good knowledge of principles in a GMP/GDP environment. You can work under general direction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish
- Experience in customer service
- Bachelor degree
