Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company discovers, develops and produces new innovative human therapeutics that improve the life expectancy of humanity.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The customer service department is looking for a customer service representative who will support the organisation in Portuguese and French language. The main language spoken within the organisation is English.
This is a temporary position for approximately 8 months, there are possibilities to extend the contact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes to commercial order management and project activities within the department related to commercial supply chain.
- Ensures optimal internal and external customer satisfaction
- Process commercial orders according to customer instruction.
- Track & Trace shipments.
- Ensure precise and prompt response to customer queries within the agreed service levels.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
- Provide support for other customer service teams and backup for supply chain support
REQUIREMENTS
- MBO+
- Fluent in Portuguese, French and English
- Experience in a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a international team
- Advanced communication skills.
- Customer focused
- Experience with automated systems and ERP systems
