Currently for one of our Clients we are looking for:

Range of duties:

• coordinating a team of operational staff in the delivery of service
• achievement of customer & internal KPI’ s and SLA’ s
• managing and mitigating risk to service continuity and performance
• management of various internal stakeholder relationships
• responsibility for facilitation of new business into live service
• engagement with both existing and new customers

Requirements:

• higher education
• previous experience gained on a similar position
• fluent English
• positive drive and enthusiasm
• strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• strong commercial awareness
• tactical and strategic thinking
• good communication & presentation skills
• strong understanding of service desk operations
• multi-lingual and international service delivery experience welcomed
