Range of duties:

coordinating a team of operational staff in the delivery of service

achievement of customer & internal KPI’ s and SLA’ s

managing and mitigating risk to service continuity and performance
-
management of various internal stakeholder relationships
-
responsibility for facilitation of new business into live service
-
engagement with both existing and new customers
Requirements:

higher education
-
previous experience gained on a similar position
-
fluent English
-
positive drive and enthusiasm
-
strong leadership and interpersonal skills
-
strong commercial awareness
-
tactical and strategic thinking
-
good communication & presentation skills
-
strong understanding of service desk operations
-
multi-lingual and international service delivery experience welcomed
