Be first contact for all incoming calls (customers, forwarding agents, Service Center etc.);
Support Customer Service Coordinators in account management;
Identify the causes of problems and preventing their re-occurence;
Cooperate with other CHEP-departments to ensure professional, rapid and competent solutions to customers' enquiries
Collate and format monthly reports, including data and graphs;
Coordinate flow and processing of new accounts, including monitoring progress;
Be responsible for analysis, structuring and preparation of all incoming customer enquiries for further development of proactive customer services;
Participate in current department projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager.
What do we look for?
Student of III, IV or V year
Ability to work min. 4 days a week (min. 30 hours with flexible working hours but within working hours)
Good analytical skills and good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
Strong reasoning and interpersonal skills
Very good organization of work
Ability to work in a team
Fluent Polish required with fluent English
