Our Client is international Company which is about to establish new SSC in Poland. Currently we are looking for experienced Candidates for Customer Service Complaint SupervisorPosition, located in Wrocław.
Customer Service Complaint Supervisoris responsible for managing the set-up, performance and development of Service Complaint representative team, who is responsible for receiving, registering & following customer’s service complaints in line with a standardized, high performing servicing process. As part of a project team, the Customer Service Complaint Supervisor will initially participate and contribute to the set up of a shared service centre, including process implementation, team organization, and will insure a proper knowledge transfer from local countries to the department. From time to time the she/ he may be engaged in similar activities depending on internal demand and customer needs.
The ideal Candidate should have 2- 3 years of experience in a Customer Facing environment or/and in complaint management environment. Fluent English is the must to communicate internally and externally, French or German is a plus. To achieve the success on the position the Candidate should have also experience in team leadership/management and in project management. The Candidate should be focused on client, ability to take ownership and deliver high quality customer support.
