For our Client, a global leader within medical devices industry, we are looking for Customer Service & Office Coordinator position (for 1,5 year replacement contract) based in Warsaw. This role includes 3 main areas of responsibility: order management, office support for Poland office and team management.

Customer Service&Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing superior & efficient order management services by effectively managing information / documentation & product flow: order acquisition and processing, shipping, invoicing & documentation generation, delivery execution & follow up and post-ales services.

On the other hand, he or she will support Polish branch office in every day work concerning office contracts management, coordinating all IT-related issues (for example administration of local IT equipment, local enforcement of global IT Polices), acting as H&S Representative and delivering technical support.

This person will also act as a leader for the team consists of 2 people, bringing the appropriate coaching and support to the team members.

We are looking for Candidates with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the customer service area and some experience in managing a team. Perfect knowledge of English is required.

Depending on Candidate’s experience our Client offers a salary of at least 7 000 PLN gross, benefit package and possibilities to take part in customer service Europe initiatives and projects.
