On behalf of our client, who is a well-recognized and globally leading international engineering and manufacturing company, and who now is growing its operations and adding capacity to its facility located some 50 km from the tree-city-region to meet a growing global demand for its highly engineered, innovative products and technologies. Currently, our Client has decided to expand its operations based in Poland and is looking for Customer Service Representative.
Your new role
The person holding this position will be responsible for managing back office for Customer Service department and supporting Field Service Engineers in their workload. The scope of duties includes organization of flights, connections and travel options, application for visas, extensions and / or ordering new passports. Furthermore, the job holder will be responsible for preparing proposals to customers of a less technical nature based on receipt of RFQ’s and collaborating with Customer Service department on more technically complex RFQ’s to ensure technical information, products and pricing are appropriate and correct for customers’ needs. Other duties on this position include performing order management, interacting directly with clients to define scope and pricing of service and preparing invoicing documents on service contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with commercial Bachelor degree and minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role, ideally within travel agencies or as a Personal Assistant. T o succeed in this role you will need to be service-oriented and have excellent organisation and planning skills. Additionally, we require fluent command of English.
