For our Client, an international company in Krakow withEuropean Customer Service Center,we are looking for Candidates with great language skills.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be cooperating in different languages with European customers via phone and email on a daily basis. You will bebe responsible for servicing long-standing customers in Europe. You will answer their questions, manage their purchase orders and ensure their satisfaction with our service. Through this, you’ll have a strong influence on the relationship that we have with our customers which is crucial for our success as a company.
We are looking for Candidates eager to work in a team environment, detail oriented, able to multitask.You you an excellent communication and language skills: French, English and Polish. Good analytical skills are also required.No previous experience is needed; university bachelor or master degree would be sufficient.
