Customer Focused Team Leader (Program & Production Manager)

Main responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating all activities within the production area dedicated to one customer: production, engineering, quality, supply, maintenance (around 100+ employees) – managing different complex manufacturing operations
- Assurance of implementation specific customer requirements
- Responsibility for the production capacity, planning necessary resources and execution of the production plans
- Making investment proposals and taking care of their realization within dedicated production lines, initiating and steering optimization changes, continuous improvement
- Ensuring that the production is made according to schedule, internal policy, procedures, instructions and 5S discipline
- Responsibility for KPI’s, reporting and analysing deviations of KPI’s
- Ensuring required education level, trainings and development of the subordinates
- Responsibility for compliance regarding health, safety and environment
- Reporting directly to the Plant Manager

Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years of experience in managing people
- High-developed leadership competences
- Knowledge of Total Production Maintenance, Value Stream Mapping, 5S
- Green belt / 6-Sigma problem solving
- Strong customer and result orientation
- Multi-tasking, very good organizational skills
- Consciousness of quality
