ROLE DESCRIPTION

The cliënt is looking for a Customer Experience Manager with commercial experience, in marketing, sales and/or commercial operations roles, Customer experience and insights roles. This role is accountable for delivering exciting concepts to scale up the customer-centric model. The Customer Experience Manager will lead the scale up and evolution of this new MCC model in Belgium. This task requires breaking tradition with an entrepreneurial spirit, a focus on customers, a commitment to change the game and win in the right way and a passion for improving health management in Belgium.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Navigate through a challenging environment with an evolving map, challenge preconceived concepts and notions and make things happen
- Prepare, align and implement Customer Experience strategies based on customer needs
- Define personas, customer journeys, and overarching customer preference patterns which are the basis for delivering the right and most relevant content to the different customer types via their preferred channels
- Accountability for evaluating effectiveness of Customer Experience initiatives for specific customer groups; demonstrate learning and adapting to customer feedback, commercial necessities and changes in customer environment.
- Seek out business partnership opportunities with third party organizations/companies involved in Customer Innovation/Insights in order to improve customer interaction and overall PEH business performance
- Manage efficient translation of complex, high profile and critical Customer Insights initiatives/projects

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues, recommendations and results correctly and clearly across varying levels of the organization
- Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French language
- Strong communication and influencing skills. Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proven experience in project management
- Proven ability to initiate, develop and optimize relationships with external vendors
