What are we looking for?
- University Degree is important - an Economic degree will be an advantage;
- Work experience in Finance (1-3 years);
- Advanced Polish level is mandatory
- Good level of English;
- Being a team-player will be an asset, as you will work as part of a large and friendly team;
- Customer orientation skills as well as a keen eye for details and problem solving attitude;
- Multitasking abilities & tasks prioritization
- ERP Knowledge will be an asset;
- Willingness to learn new things.
Job Purpose:
- Booking of Incoming Payments;
- Processing the credit notes;
- Coordinating query resolution/dispute management;
- Ensure timely contact with clients via email/phone/fax for collection purposes;
- Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters;
- Periodically/on the spot reporting, regarding the activity process indicators;
