Customer Credit Management Specialist with German language

Responsibilities:
- Booking of Incoming Payments,
- Processing the credit notes,
- Ensure timely contacts with clients via email/phone for collection purposes,
- Resolve deductions & disputes;
- Ongoing analysis of receivables collection
Requirements:
- Very good German skills;
- Communicative English skills (will be an asste);
- University Graduation (Economics, Finance and Accounting, etc.);
- Previous experience in Customer Service;
- Eagerness to develop and learn.
