Responsibilities:
- ensuring the completeness and correctness of the contract documentation
- ongoing monitoring of all indicators related to the contract´s performance
- responsibility for risk management within the assigned contracts
- approval of valuations of additional services, beyond the scope of contracted works (detailed verification of the technical side)
- supervising and monitoring the progress of work entrusted to contracts; coordination of activities between all entities involved in the contract´s realization (e.g. production department, engineering, material planning etc.)
- processing of customers requests, updating information in databases
- checking and approving the final calculation after completing the contracted works
- higher technical education (mechanics, machine building, energy or similar), additional education or courses in the field of project management will be an advantage
- several years of professional experience in a similar position (level senior specialist or manager) in the technical industry, experience in project management
- ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- experience in preparing valuations and calculations
- developed negotiation skills
- high business culture
- very good knowledge of English which allows free communication in a business environment
- ability to analyze complex technical contracts
- ability to manage projects and coordination of tasks which require the involvement of many entities and resources
- willingness to undergo training abroad
