Customer Care with German (B2/C1)

• Responsible for processes for the client
• Provide high level of services to the customer
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Manage ongoing communication with internal and external clients
• Prepare reports for the management and clients
Job Requirements:
• Support must be provided in German
• Good understanding of English is essential
• Ability to achieve Key Performance Indicator targets
• Must be a team player
• Strong problem solving abilities and assertiveness
• Motivation to learn and work in a service desk environment
• Willingness to work on various shifts (24/7) or business hours
• Previous Customer Service / Helpdesk experience is a plus
