Customer Care Team Manager - Italian

For our Client – global leader in its sector, that is currently opening a new Contact Centre division within its Shared Service Centre organisation we are currently looking for Candidates willing to develop professionally within the customer care area. We seek experienced, dynamic people, with strong leadership skills, ready to develop their career in a demanding environment for the position of Customer Care Team Manager with Italian language.
The Successful Candidate willbe managing a team (normally between 5 – 25 people) responsible for maintaining excellent customer care in the B2B area. Your role would be to effectively train, coach, lead and motivate the team that will need to build strong rapport with the Clients. The individuals you will be responsible foranswering queriesof the clients via telephone, email or system and will be providing appropriate informationregarding the products of the company as well as answering technical and non-technical questions about the role. Management of complaints and solving reclamations would be in process scope as well.
As ideal Candidateon this position you need to have a University Diploma and fluent command of Italian as well as perfect English.Previous experience in people management as well as strongly developed leadership skills are a must, as well as excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills along with experience in multinational environment. Due to the specifics of sector we appreciate previous logistics, procurement or shared service / contact centre background. Also, you have to be a proficient user of SAP or other ERP system. Technical or scientific background will be considered as a great asset.
