Opis stanowiska pracy

Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, an international company located in Zabierzow, we are looking for candidate for the following position:

customer care supervisor

The main purpose of the role include:
• Providing high level of Customer Service by dealing with different problems connected with CS e.g. client’s queries, possible complaints, changes, cancellations
• Managing the team in an effective way by ensuring that the highest level of customer service is achieved by all team members
• Coaching and mentoring customer care team
• Leading, developing and motivating the team in order to deliver outstanding customer service on every contact

Wymagania

Requirements:
• Master degree (desirable faculty: managing or tourism)
• Very good managerial skills – minimum 1 year experience in managing people
• Previous experience in Customer Service area
• Backgrounds in tourism and knowledge of CRS/GDS will be an asset
• Fluent English
• Fluent German
• Knowledge of Italian/Spanish/French will be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach to challenge and goals
