For our Client – international, prestigious organisation based in Poznan we are currently looking for Candidate for the position of Customer Care Representative with German language..
Your new role
The primary role for this position is to serve as the interface for Consumer service. Our Consumer Care Reps are responsible for building and enhancing relationships with our end consumers (users & choosers). We do this by:
trouble shooting, creative problem solving,
entering orders,
answering product questions,
processing warranty claims,
providing pricing information,
replying to incoming email, live chat, and other general inquiries.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree in related field (bachelors or masters),
Excellent communication skills
Fluent German,
Good knowledge of English
1 year Consumer/Customer Service experience would be beneficial
Computer system proficiency - MS Excel, Word, Outlook (SAP is helpful but not required)
Strong phone etiquette, verbal communications, grammatical and professional business skills
