Your responsibilities as Customer Care Agent will include: providing excellent service to customers by email, phone and social networks. You make contact with customers in a proactive and friendly way in order to recognize and fulfill their needs. The successful Candidate will act as the first point of contact for individual customers and answer their queries, therefore he/she needs to acquire in-depth knowledge about company’s products and services.
We are looking for Candidates with:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
