For our Client, the FMCG producer, currently we are looking for Senior Customer Service and Logistics Specialist with French.
On a daily basis, you will oversee daily operations of Logistics area, ensuring that customer service objectives are achieved, including on time delivery, etc.Works daily on receipts of all departures from Distribution Centers to customers containing delivery, carrier and customer data. He or she will be responsible for shipment creations including correctness of carrier, different loads grouped in the same shipment and issue resolution. Works daily on a regional level with Customer Service, Supply Planning, Logistics teams to resolve operational issues – returns, refusals, damages, master data accuracy, systems connectivity issues, service failures and inventory variances between systems.
Moreover, the Candidate will support network optimization modelling process through data collection, population and utilization of decision support software, PO creation and validation & "pre-invoice” process, costing of the shipments including multi drops, Gas oil extra costs, waiting hours, night deliveries etc., validate and approve invoices for payment.
Additionally, the Candidate will monitor performance, from both a cost and quality perspective to ensure on time and complete deliveries and efficient execution of Logistics requirements, such as inbound receiving, order picking, delivery, etc. Executes data collection and generation of periodic reporting requirements (KPI’s) to support transportation, warehousing and logistics procurement.
