Our Client, an International Organisation from logistics sector, to its headquarters located in the western area of Warsaw, is looking for talented individuals for the position of: Customer Account Executive.
Customer Account Executive will deal with main customers on strategic and special projects, managing customer service relationship to maximum effect. Customer Account Executive will be providing full customer service from the moment of customer acquisition to the moment of goods delivery. The position requires cooperation with Distribution Centre as well as daily contact with clients and company’s internal departments. Responsibilities include ensuring all customer enquiries and issues are resolved quickly and accurately. Additionally, duties will include preparing documentation and reports.
Our Client is looking for candidates with experience in customer service/ supply chain area. We expect a proactive Candidate with high focus on delivering results and excellent command of the English language. Our Client expects a multitask character, good learner, used to handling daily operations’ pressure. Ideal Candidate has positive customer focus attitude and passion for working with customers. We are searching for self-confident and ready to face challenges people, good team members.
