For our Client- international company located in Katowice supported logistics processes- we are currently looking for Candidates with fluent French and English to work in Order to Cash team as Customer Service Process Specialist.
Person on this position will be responsible for document processing from order to payment, operational decision making, cooperation with Supply Chain departments, cooperation with external customers and caring for correctness, timeliness and efficiency of process.
To be successful on this position you need to havefluent English and French and previous experience in Customer Service.Others requirements include: good computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel),good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
