Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Netherlands.
The company of our client is well known within the Agricultural Crops Protection Business. It produces several crops protection products and methods for many different users. Their focus is aimed at continuous development and improvement. Moreover, Quality, knowledge and service are the key drivers of their success.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Crops Protection Project Manager you are in charge for managing projects in the crops protection department, and work closely together with supporting departments.
You will be leading and developing the protection programs, build on Herbicides and Fungicides projects and planning. While doing this it is of utmost importance to align the quality accordingly. This will exist out of development of new protection methods/products, future trend assessments and disease prevention research.
Furthermore, you will assess current breeding programs. Doing so in order to enable the work environment to advance in operations, work performance and process through quality and disease resistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform your role most efficient you will need to showcase experience and knowledge in the following areas:
• Enhance and innovate existing and new Crops Protection activities
• Collaborate with the breeding specialist and assistant breeders
• Focus on strategic Crops Protection programs for customer needs
• Ensure alignment between protection programs and Commercial/Business implementations
REQUIREMENTS
• PhD in Agricultural related field
• Between 3-6 years of experience in the Crops Sciences
• Strong plant diseases/resistance understanding and research knowledge
• Strong writing and speaking skills in English
• Analytical and project management skills
• Focus on customer needs and strategic goals
