Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
You will work on a global CRM portfolio.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the CRM Specialist you will become the subject matter expert of all CRM applications on a global scale. We are looking for a specialist with strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP CRM in order to implement and improve an international portfolio.
You will work for globally dispersed business units and end-users of CRM in order to roll-out the strategy and implement new technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement new CRM technology on a global scale
- Collaborate with internationally dispersed business units
- Business-IT alignment of SAP CRM technology
- Facilitate change within the organisation
- Knowledge transfer and training of end-users
- Implementation of Data Standards and SOPs
- Improve functionality of CRM portfolio
- Progress updates for Global PMO
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar
- At least 4 years’ experience in Business Analysis or Project Management focused on CRM
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English. French and/or Dutch are a strong plus
