Within HP CMS practice (Communications & Media Solutions), we are looking for a Project Manager with deep experience of Telco BSS projects such as (in priority order): CRM, Order Management, Product Catalogue, Campaign Management, Business Intelligence and DWH.

The immediate role of a successful candidate will be to join CMR project for one of leading Polish Telco operators run by HP, and in the future may also include presale support during RFI, RFP, RFQ.

In more details role is as follows:

• Drive CRM project planning and daily management to meet aggressive baselines including responsibility for scope, schedule and budget

• Forming project teams, organizing and leading work of project team members

• Ensuring compliance with Clients' business needs and managing operational level relationship with Clients

• Resolves project issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction while protecting HP's interests

• Continuously monitors, troubleshoots, and improves project to ensure project effectiveness

• Applies deep understanding of project requirements and objectives to execute day-to-day implementation

• Contribute to the Project Manager's professional network worldwide and across HP businesses

• Develop and deliver project-oriented pre-sales presentations for clients, including CxO level

• Contributes to industry wide external events and communities as a speaker or writer

Education and Experience Required:

• Telco Industry experience of 5 to 10 years

• BSS Transformational Projects delivery experience of minimum 2 years, including participation in whole lifecycle from analysis & design, through development, to implementation and migration

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field will be a strong asset

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and ownership skills

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities

• PM certifications will be highly appreciated (P2P, PMP, etc)

• Very good command of English and fluent Polish

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project timetables

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments

• Ability to work in multinational environment

• Collaborative approach to people, flexibility and responsiveness
