For our Client who produces, sells and designs agricultural and building machinery, we are looking for Country Sales Manager for their top brand in Poland.
The person on this position will be responsible fordriving the business in Poland to achieve the target and market sales objectives in terms of market share, volumes and margins assigned. One of the main tasks for the person will beto plan, propose and implement annual Business Plans, dealer network cooperation and ensure maximum sales performance on Polish market. Candidate will coordinate development and implementation of sales marketing initiatives. Sales Manager will need tomonitor Dealer inventory levels and evaluate dealer/importer financial results, business management, capital and profits needed to support market growth opportunities. Management of Area Sales Managers and Key Dealers will also be a strong focus point.
We are looking for candidateswith financial of economical degree and at least 5 years of experience in similar role in agricultural machinery area. Right candidate has to have significant managerial experience and goal orientation with strong willingness to improve work conditions and presence on the market. Very good command of English is a must.
Our Client offers possibility todevelop among structures of the market leader and gain important experience in international structures of the company. Necessary training and work tools are assured.
