Your new role
You will be leading by example to assume responsibility and accountability for operational P&L, business development and administration strategies, initiatives, resources, projects and tasks and customers that contribute to the mission and vision of the Company. You will establish an annual business strategy/development plan and to assist with the development, implementation and updating of other company and operational strategic plans and take the necessary steps to meet or exceed budget and regional objectives. You need to ensure that the quality systems are maintained and developed following the GP quality procedures. In partnership with the Director of Quality you will develop new processes as required for specific projects/areas of operation. You will hire objectively, provide objectives, staff development and employee feedback and conduct employee appraisals in a professional work related manner, reviewing previous performance and establishing objectives for the subsequent evaluation period.
You willactively seek to develop work with new and existing customers andeffectively manage projects to make decisions and implement actions, involving customers, employees, suppliers, partners and other leadership, which are in accordance with the values of the Company.
What you'll need to succeed
Fluent English speaker (at least C1)
You need to have more than 5-years commercial training/project experience and atleast 5 years’ experience in a management role. You need to have understanding of quality and health and safety systems. 5+ years of commercial training/project experience in a leadership role would be beneficial. You need to be highly computer literate and have advanced communication and networking skills. Some travelling is required so you need to be open to that. Fluent German would be highly desired but is not necessary.
