Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging position of Country Manager to be based in Warsaw, with additional regional responsibility outside Poland. Country Manager will take care of overall operational management, including business development, sales, customer experience, as well as marketing, merchandising and visual merchandising. He or She will be responsible for recruiting, training and motivating the team, delivering operational effectiveness and acting as brand ambassador, supporting expansion on the new markets, cooperating closely with the Head Office.
What do you need to be successful in this position?
We are looking for Candidates with senior management experience gained in fashion/ retail sector, most preferably with background in international work environment. Our Client expects great understanding of merchandising processes, as well as experience in VM, sales and marketing. The perfect Candidate should be an effective communicator and negotiator, well organised, with ability to prioritise the workload. Very good English knowledge is necessary.
