Currently, for our Client- well- recognized, multinational company on the South of Poland- we are looking for experienced Country HR Manager/ HR Director.
This post will work with the HR Managers in Poland and reports to Corporate HR Director. As a Country HR Manager you will need to have a hands on approach to the full employee life cycle of HR management, HR global projects, creation of HR policy and strategy within the country. Responsibilities of this role include budgeting, management of personnel controlling, ensuring compliance of all activities, procedures with the current requirements of the law. One of the main task will be also supervising HR processes in Polish plants e.g. internal communications, employee relations and supporting managers within HR affairs.
Our Client expects minimum 6 years professional experience on this post in international production company and high leadership, team management, strategic- thinking, communication skills. Extensive knowledge of labour law in Poland and advanced English is a must.
