For our Client, a global financial services leader - Euroclear, we are looking for Corporate Risk Manager ofKraków Branch.

As Corporate Risk Manager you will be part of Risk Management Division, helping to protect the integrity and enhance the reputation of Euroclear in the market. Your responsibilities will include providing Risk and Control training and awareness sessionsto newcomers (part of the Welcome training package), staff and Team Leadersand ad-hoc sessions on request; Risk management advice/challenge(critical friend) to the business in the context of risk assessments(use of the Assessment and Rating Methodology, link with the capital modeling team for capital impact measurement); Reporting: be the Risk Manager responsible for the build up of the RM view of HK to be incorporated in the central cascading of Risk Management reporting; Risk Management shop floor presence and first level of supportfor ad-hoc questions, queries, need for Risk Management advice; Participation in the weekly EB CRM coordination meeting;Self-assessment/ICS coordination in Poland; Information security: be the One Minute Security Manager (OMSM) coordinator for Poland and also Resilience: be the Business Continuity Plan coordinator for Poland.


You will be successful on this position if you possessrelevant Risk Management experience; excellent analytical skills; good writing, presentation and influencing skills; proficiency in English and Polish language, miniumum BSc Degree. You will meet other key requirements of this position if you are detail oriented but also able to step back and see the big picture; assertive and result-oriented; proactive; pragmatic and risk aware person; ble to quickly build and maintain relationships with other internal parties;a team player with sense of initiative; able to demonstrate project management skills; willing to travel to other entities of the group (mainly Brussels) on a regular basis.
